Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of jadesounds.com (the “Site”), operated by Jade Collective. By browsing, purchasing, or downloading from the Site, you agree to them.
The service
Jade Collective sells non-exclusive and exclusive licences to instrumental beats. The specific rights granted with each purchase — what you can and can't do with a beat — are set out in our License Agreement, which these Terms incorporate.
Purchases
Paid licences are processed through Stripe Checkout. No account or password is required — the “My Purchases” page uses a one-time email sign-in link to show your past orders and re-download your files. Prices are listed in USD.
All sales final
Because licences deliver digital files instantly, all purchases are final once a download link has been issued. If a download genuinely doesn't work, contact support@jadesounds.com and we'll sort it out.
Free non-profit downloads
Beats offered under the free non-profit licence are subject to the restrictions in that licence — non-commercial use only, and crediting “Prod. Jade Collective” wherever the beat is used. See the License Agreement for the full terms.
Acceptable use
You may not resell or redistribute a beat file itself (licensed or free) as a standalone product, claim authorship of the underlying composition, or attempt to circumvent download-link protections. Licences are non-transferable unless the tier says otherwise.
Intellectual property
Everything on the Site — beats, artwork, branding, and site content — remains the property of Jade Collective, except where an Exclusive Rights purchase explicitly transfers ownership of a specific beat.
Disclaimer & liability
The Site and its beats are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Jade Collective isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a licensed beat, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Jade Collective's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
