License Agreement

This agreement governs your use of any beat (“Beat”) licensed through Jade Collective (“Producer”), jadesounds.com. Purchasing or downloading a Beat means you accept it. Except where a tier explicitly transfers ownership, Producer retains all rights to the Beat not expressly granted below, and the Beat remains available for other buyers to license non-exclusively.

Trackout + Stems — $149.99
Every stem, for full control of the mix.

Free — Non-Profit Use
Untagged MP3, free, for projects that don't make money.
- Untagged 320kbps MP3
- Non-monetized, non-commercial projects only
- Credit “Prod. Jade Collective” wherever it's used
Crediting “Prod. Jade Collective” is required only under this free non-profit licence. No other tier requires credit.
Exclusive Rights
Full ownership transfer. The beat is pulled from the store.

- Unlimited online audio streams
- Unlimited music video
- For-profit live performances
- Radio broadcasting rights (unlimited stations)
Exclusive Rights are negotiated per beat, priced on request. Once sold, full ownership of the Beat transfers to the buyer and it is permanently removed from the Jade Collective catalog — it will not be licensed to anyone else.
General terms
- All non-exclusive licences are non-transferable — they apply to you and the project you licensed the Beat for.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Beat file itself, tagged or untagged, as a standalone product under any tier.
- You may not claim authorship or ownership of the underlying composition. You may credit yourself as the artist/writer of your recording that uses the Beat.
- Exceeding a tier's distribution/stream limits requires upgrading to a higher tier.
- Violating these terms terminates the licence immediately and may require taking down any release using the Beat.
- All sales are final once a download link has been issued.
